You’ll have your own highly experienced Bulgari Wedding Planner take care of all planning and coordination necessary to make your special day one you will cherish forever. Your Wedding Planner orchestrates such details as the arrangement of fresh and fragrant flowers,
your choice of classical or sacred music to be played during your vows, and the drinks and food you’d like your guests to enjoy.
Also included in the Bulgari Chapel Wedding are a marriage certificate folder, floral decorations including bouquet for the bride and boutonnière for the groom and a personalised welcome sign. If you should wish your wedding ceremony to include specific religious rites, and/or civil registration of the marriage under Indonesian law, The Bulgari Resort Bali is happy to make these arrangements for you at an additional cost. Other optional extras include a reception with Aperitivo for your friends and family; a banquet dinner; wedding cake entertainment and dance performances; and photography/video shooting.

We don't charge coordinating fee for a ceremony as long as you book through us, however you may hire our wedding planning services if you're also having a wedding reception. Our full wedding planning services fee starts from as low as USD 1,300 net with additional crews inclusive.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Price is net with tax inclusions.
Price is to be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using our bookkeeping rate USD 1 = IDR 16,000.
Price is subject to change without prior notice before booking is confirmed.
Down payment of 50% is required for booking confirmation.
A surcharge of 3% is applicable if payment is to be made with credit or debit card.
Payment should be settled within 7 days after invoice is issued.

50% charge of total amount is applicable if cancellation is made after deposit is paid.
